PARTIES
**GUESTS**
How many children are included?
10 children including the birthday child are included in our packages. You may add on additional children ($15-20 per child dependent upon package).

How old can the children be before I have to pay for them?
If the children are pre-crawlers (they’ll be held by a parent or caregiver) they are not included in the headcount.

If my child’s friends have siblings, do I have to pay for them?
Siblings are included in the count

**FOOD & DRINK**
Can we get additional cupcakes/cake?
If you’re adding additional children to the package, cupcakes or cake are already included. If you’d like to add on cupcakes for adults, this is possible, please contact us for pricing.

Do you provide food for the adults?
Food for adults is not included, but we can provide cheese pizza and/or cupcakes/cake as add-ons, contact us for pricing. Custom parties may have additional options.

Can I bring my own food/ drinks?
Generally, yes we can make accommodations for this, but we’ll discuss details with you and ask that you avoid popcorn and food containing nuts.

Do you serve alcohol?
Monkey Do! Yoga does not provide alcohol. If you are interested in bringing your own please contact us for details and requirements. For the safety of our guests we require additional staff in this case.

**GENERAL PARTY QUESTIONS**
What’s included in the party favors?
Favors are customized to be age- and theme-appropriate.

How many people can your studio hold?
We recommend keeping parties under 50 people, but please contact us for details – we like to customize based on age of guests, etc. Keep in mind for ‘drop-off’ age kids (3+) we’re happy to offer partnerships with the restaurants and bars on our block for parents to enjoy some time on their own during the party.

Can I bring in my own decorations?
We do provide decorations for all packages (note the ‘space rental’ option does not include decorations). It may be possible for you to bring additional decorations, please contact us to discuss.

If we have a space rental, can we access your toys and equipment
Yes, this is possible, but we do consider this an add on ($85 fee).

**RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT**
Can you hold a date for me?
We require a $150 deposit to hold the date for any party.

Can we add on more time? How much does an additional half hour cost?
Yes, it is possible to add time on in 30 minute increments ($90/30 minutes), assuming there’s availability. Please contact us for details.

Can I hold a party on a weekday?
Please contact us, this is possible pending availability of the studio.

Can we hold a party when you have existing programming scheduled?
Please contact us, this may be possible, depending upon the programming but will require a programming cancellation surcharge.

How can I pay for the party?
For birthday parties, cash or check is preferred, but we do take credit/debit cards as well. Please make all checks payable to: Monkey Do Yoga inc.

Are gratuities for the party staff included?
Your final invoice does not include optional gratuity for the staff, but suggestions are included for your convenience.

**CLASSES PRICING AND SCHEDULES**
How long are class packs good for?
Class packs purchased before the end of 2017 are valid for 1 year. Packs purchased as of 2018 are valid for 6 months. If there are any price changes over the course of the year, we’ll continue to honor the sessions and packs that have been purchased until their original date of expiration.

Can I use my session or class pack for a different service?
Sessions and packs are only good for the service that’s been purchased, unless explicitly listed.

Does your pricing ever change?
While rare, class pricing is subject to change. Note that any class sessions or packs purchased before the price changes will be honored until the original date of expiration.

Does your schedule ever change?
Schedule is subject to change, please be sure to visit our Registration site to view live schedule updates. This includes cancellations, substitutions, holidays etc.

What can I use a monthly membership for?
As of 2018, we offer individual monthly memberships for Open Play. Membership also entitles you to 10% off during that month. The member (child and 1 caregiver) may come to unlimited Open Play sessions over the course of the month. Holds and extensions are not offered, but you may cancel the membership at any point.

I’ve been to the studio before, am I still eligible for the new client special?
The new client special is available only upon your first visit to the studio.
